  • The maximum award will be £100.

  • Applicants must live permanently within Cornwall.

  • Applicants will complete an application process supported by a worker. Applicant’s details will be recorded on our case management system, Charity Log

  • Every carer awarded a grant will also be connected to a full assessment of carer need and the broader support available, improving long-term outcomes.

  • Funds will be paid directly into a carer’s (in the case of a carer under the age of 18, the parent/guardian’s) bank account, unless particular circumstances require assistance, when we can purchase items on behalf of the carer.

Completing your application form

  • Applications must give details of the impact of the caring role and explain how the grant will help reduce financial hardship.

Next steps
