Aromatherapy and Essential Oils for Wellbeing with Promas | 15th April | 10:00am – 1:00pm
Sometimes the simplest things can make the biggest difference to how you feel. This relaxed, hands-on session introduces you to the world of aromatherapy and essential oils, what they are, how they work, and how you can use them to support your own wellbeing.
You'll leave with your very own handmade blend to take home and use whenever you need a moment of calm. It's a small thing, but having something that's just for you, made by you, can be a lovely reminder to slow down and breathe.
This course is completely FREE, our partner Promas covers all materials and travel expenses.
Before booking, take a look at our course FAQs at the bottom of this page, which answer the most common questions. If you still need help, please get in touch, and we'll be happy to chat.
We do ask that you take your place seriously. We know life as a carer can be unpredictable, and we completely understand that things come up. But last-minute cancellations can sometimes mean the course can't go ahead for others, and there's a real financial impact for Promas too. So if you do need to cancel, please let Promas know as soon as possible.
