YOGA with Promas | Six-week course | 25th Feburary - 1st April | One hour per week | 11:15am – 12:15pm
If you're carrying the weight of caring for someone, yoga could be just what you need. This gentle six-week course is designed to help you slow down, breathe, and take some time that's purely for you.
Yoga is brilliant for both body and mind. Physically, it can help you build strength, improve flexibility, and boost your energy levels. It's also great for your heart, helps with posture and balance, and supports a healthy metabolism.
But perhaps more importantly for many carers, yoga is a proven way to ease stress, anxiety, and low mood. Caring can take a real toll on your mental wellbeing, and yoga gives you practical tools to manage that, helping you build resilience and find a more positive headspace, week by week.
This course is completely FREE, our partner Promas covers all materials and travel expenses.
Before booking, take a look at our course FAQs at the bottom of this page, which answer the most common questions. If you still need help, please get in touch, and we'll be happy to chat.
We do ask that you take your place seriously. We know life as a carer can be unpredictable, and we completely understand that things come up. But last-minute cancellations can sometimes mean the course can't go ahead for others, and there's a real financial impact for us too. So if you do need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
