At Cornwall Carers Service, we believe that carers’ voices should be at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re inviting working-age carers to join our special evening sessions this July to help shape Cornwall’s next Carers Strategy.

Here at Cornwall Carers Service, working alongside Cornwall Council, we know that the best support services are designed with carers, not just for them. To truly understand your needs and create services that make a real difference – delivering the right help, in the right place, at the right time – we want to hear from YOU!

Your Experience Matters

Cornwall Council and its partners are developing a new strategy to support children, young people, and adults who care for loved ones across Cornwall. But we can’t do this without you.

As a carer, you bring something that no report or statistic can – real, lived experience. You know what support works, where the gaps are, and the daily challenges that others might not see. By sharing your story, you can help us:

• Identify unmet needs

• Break down barriers to support

• Create services that are truly person-centred, practical, and respectful of carers’ realities
