How we can support you!

Young Adult Carers are people aged 18-25 who provide support and care to someone in their life. Cornwall Carers Service has partnered with Barnardo’s to provide information and advice services alongside one to one mentoring with dedicated staff members there to support you.

Cornwall Carers Service support transition age carers in their journey through to adulthood by supporting them to establish a life outside of a caring role, inspiring them to develop and pursue their goals and aspirations and supporting them to identify, access, and navigate adult service systems You can refer into Cornwall Carers Service by completing the referral form below.
