Young Adult Carers

Barnardo’s provide support for 16- 25 year old Young Adult Carers. The project offers information and advice services alongside one to one mentoring with dedicated staff members for this age group.

Cornwall Carers Service support transition age carers in their journey through to adulthood by supporting them to establish a life outside of a caring role, inspiring them to develop and pursue their goals and aspirations and supporting them to identify, access, and navigate adult service systems You can refer into Cornwall Carers Service by completing the referral form below.
