Digital Skills for Carers with Promas | Four-day course | 2nd June -23rd June | Two and a half hours per week | 10:30am – 1:00pm

Technology can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to. Whether you're a complete beginner or just want to feel a bit more confident online, this friendly, practical session is here to help.

You'll join a small group of fellow carers to explore how to get the most out of your devices, at your own pace, with no jargon and no judgement. From browsing the internet and staying in touch with loved ones, to finding support services and managing everyday tasks online, you'll come away feeling more capable and more connected.

Bring your own laptop or tablet if you have one. If you don't, just let us know, and we'll make sure you have everything you need on the day.

This course is completely FREE, our partner Promas covers all materials and travel expenses.

Before booking, take a look at the course FAQs at the bottom of this page, which answer the most common questions. If you still need help, please get in touch, and we'll be happy to chat.

We do ask that you take your place seriously. We know life as a carer can be unpredictable, and we completely understand that things come up. But last-minute cancellations can sometimes mean the course can't go ahead for others, and there's a real financial impact for us too. So if you do need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

Where is this Activity Located?

All 4 sessions will take place at Promas Caring for People CIC, Tolvaddon Business Park.

The days of this course are on Tuesday 2th, 9th, 16th and 23rd June.
