Caring For Carers with Promas | Wednesday 3rd June | Four hour session | 10:00am – 4:00pm

Caring for someone else can so easily mean putting yourself last. This course is a reminder that you matter too.

Designed specifically for unpaid carers, this session gives you the space to focus on your own wellbeing for a change. You'll explore practical strategies to help you cope and feel more in control of your caring role, and you'll leave with real tools you can start using straight away.

Just as importantly, you'll have the chance to meet other carers who truly understand what you're going through. Sharing your experiences in a safe, welcoming space can be incredibly powerful and a reminder that you're not alone in this.

We'll also make sure you know about all the community activities and support available in your local area, so you can stay connected and avoid the isolation that so many carers experience.

This is a condensed version of our popular three-day course, so if you find it helpful, there's more available when you're ready.

This course is completely FREE, our partner Promas covers all materials and travel expenses.

Before booking, take a look at the course FAQs at the bottom of this page, which answer the most common questions. If you still need help, please get in touch, and we'll be happy to chat.

We do ask that you take your place seriously. We know life as a carer can be unpredictable, and we completely understand that things come up. But last-minute cancellations can sometimes mean the course can't go ahead for others, and there's a real financial impact for us too. So if you do need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
